Dunkin' - Longwood

Today is 9/11/18 and I went at around 9:50am. I loved the customer service. Both, the cashier and cook gave their 100% by cooking to the perfection and asking if I liked my coffee. I loved my coffee and donut fries. I wish them success within DD.

Wonderful experience this morning! I went through the drive-thru and was a little uncertain as to what I was going to order (I was ordering for my office , so I needed some time to communicate with my coworkers, while looking over the menu. The girl taking my order was very kind, polite, and patient. The food was ready when I pulled up to the window, and was fresh and delicious! This is the way to start your morning. Running on Dunkin'! ;

The only reason of this place that I give 5 star is Nelly. Other than that this place sucks! This is shame for dunkin donuts! People don't come to work when they want and what's funny the do continue work there still. Obviously no one controls the performance. If it would be so Nelly should get the best promotion for a long time ago. The only reason I go there is Nelly as well. I was shocked today. She was by herself only at there and was doing everything. She was working I guess for 5 people and it's not the first time. Meanwhile she was super hardworking, polite and professional! She probably deserves a senior managerial roles within the corporation. She is doing outstanding job. Nelly I hope you will get what you deserve soon! From Egg and cheese wrap man!

Always get great service here. Everything is fresh and made correct. I do not like the new coupons I received that are only good from 2pm-close. Boo Dunkin corporate. Bad bad bad. This store is doing everything else perfect.
