Sumo Japanese Grill Sushi - Longview

Everything tasted great that we ordered for dinner. The Udon noodles were great and the “bento box” was tasty. We enjoyed how everything we ordered came with soup and salad. The house made dressing was delicious. Service was nice and friendly. She didn’t clear our salad or soup bowls and that seemed odd but made that’s just how they do it. We would stop back again.

My wife and I love Sumo. We come all the time, and we will continue to do so. The food is always great, the staff is always kind. The only problem that we have had is that they haven’t yet been able to adapt to how busy they are. They get SUPER busy, and in those high traffic hours sometimes the wait times for food can get pretty long. So don’t come in any kind of rush.

Good service, waitress was very attentive, kept drinks full and kept checking on us. Food was very good, came out in a timely manner, clean. Got there when they opened, by the time we left they were standing at the door waiting to get in. I would go back. ' when they open '.

The food was outstanding! My waitress Romaina was knowledgeable, prompt and very helpful! She was patient with me when I asked questions. I asked after the plum wine, and when she tried to explain it, she brought me a sample without be asked.

That’s all I gotta say, I work in customer service and let me tell you there is days where l am Not in the mood and I do my very best to put a smile on my face, Tony waited on us and I saw how he was with everyone else, and this guy has a smile the whole time, super friendly, spot on with everything, such an amazing experience!
