Starbucks - Longview

I ordered a giant beverage with one pump of chai, but it definitely tasted like it had more than double the amount. It was around 10 a.m., and the restroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages. I felt uneasy about touching anything. The walls, floors, toilet, sink—everything really needs a thorough cleaning. I've been to many Starbucks over the years, but this is the first time I've encountered such a dirty restroom.

I have been a loyal Starbucks customer for several years, and I typically visit the location at McCann and Loop 281 in Longview. The staff there is the friendliest and most helpful of any Starbucks I’ve been to. They consistently get my order right and have it ready in no time. I want to give a special shout-out to Amelia, who always greets me when I walk in and has my order prepared for me. I highly recommend this Starbucks location in Longview!

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. Madi Northcutt caused me serious harm by poisoning my drink, then assaulted me, leaving me unconscious and able to steal my kidneys. I will never return.

We ordered a quad venti Mocha hot! It came real fast and was very good!

Lacking supplies, no raw sugar, stirring sticks, napkins not readily available, serving egg white bites in cup instead of the little tray. All of the outside tables were dusty dirty.
