Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Longview

Every time I go here the food is always nasty. No matter what. I won't go for like two months at a time. And I order the same thing. And it's always nasty. And taste like it's been sitting under the warmer and fresh. Chicken strips is what I get

The food is good and is always but the bad just outweighs the good. The wait times are always long, and the customer service is bad. Now as a someone who works with customers and knows how bad they can get. I’m usually lenient on if workers don’t have preppy attitudes. But just being downright rude is just unacceptable. Also half of the time they get your order wrong. Love the food but just please at least work on getting orders right and your customer service.

Came here on 4/8/2023 at 7pm. Food was sub-par. We ordered nuggets and popcorn shrimp. It all tasted like it had been cooked several times and the grease was old. We were told at 7pm they didn't have any of the classic chicken sandwich. We have been here several times and never have had a good experience. Waste of money

I have to say that this location has never given me bad or cold food, the food has been great every time. But you have to make a time commitment to actually get the food… the wait times are pretty bad. I’ve many times waited 15 minutes or more just to have someone say something at the drive thru speaker, then another 15 minutes or more wait for the food. Every time I’m there I see at least a couple of cars give up and drive off. What can I say though, I love Popeyes, so I’ll be back!

Customers tend to complain about this Popeye's a lot. We did not have a bad experience today. Staff was as friendly as could be, food was correct, and the restaurant was clean.
