Kumori Japanese - Longview

I enjoyed the shrimp tempura very much, light and crispy. The dipping sauce was so good! Their ginger salad dressing was different but tasty. Their house soup was lacking in flavor. Hubby didn't care much for the shrimp fried rice. Not enough veggies and egg for his liking. The shrimp on top were plentiful though. We shared 3 rolls Crunch, Longview and Kumori. They were good but not amazing. Don't think we will be back but overall it was a pleasant experience.

I ordered the spicy pineapple chicken, and while it wasn't as spicy as I had hoped, it was still very tasty. My daughter convinced me to try sushi, but it's still not really my thing. The waitress was attentive and quick, making for a great dining experience. Overall, I had a wonderful dinner and would definitely recommend this restaurant!

The bento box offers a good value compared to the bowl. The restaurant was accommodating with minor adjustments to our order. However, the shrimp bowl could have used a garnish or a contrasting color for better presentation. Both dishes came with plenty of rice. While the flavors felt a bit Americanized, we enjoyed it nonetheless. The exterior of the restaurant isn't very appealing, but the interior is quite nice. It's located a bit further back from Judson. It was slow at 11 AM, but our server was attentive.

Over all it was an amazing experience! The sushi is fresh and wonderful. The food is devine and the staff is amazing. I highly recommend stopping by and getting dinner here!

We recently moved to the area and were informed about this restaurant. Honestly, if we hadn't heard such great things about it, we probably wouldn't have stopped by. I'm so glad we did! The sushi rolls were fantastic, and they even offered complimentary dumplings and potstickers, which were also amazing. The spring rolls were delicious as well.
