Chipotle Mexican Grill - Longview

I come in twice maybe 3 times a week. Lol! No joke! Came in today to get my usual bowl, chips and drink, but the fryer was down and so no chips. No complaints because y'all are always good to me The cashier that day saw the disappointment on my face and decided not to charge me for the drink and gave me a Buy One Get One card for my next visit. I wish I ask for her name, but her customer service was outstanding! Chipotle customer service is awesome and I will keep coming back Keep it up guys #chipotle #awesomeness

These guys are always hoppin' and poppin'. Service is quick and professional. Food is fresh and tastes good. I generally just get a salad or a burrito, but sometimes I come in just for one of their seasonal drinks on a hot day and just chill out for 10 minutes.

All tables where dirty. When they wipe one, they let it wet. Staff standing around. laugh at something on one of the employees phone while a customer stood and waited. Lettuce was devastated and chips where stale. And the manager wore Pyjamas. Really?

Great experience at Chipotle. JJ was a professional and built my bowls for perfection with a friendly and positive attitude!!! Haley was the cashier and was bubbly, friendly and professional! They have a great team working for them, polite and smiling faces (which are nowadays used and rare! Kudos to your team!!
