Casa Ole - Longview

The Casa Ole restaurant dropped a hair in a customer's food and refused to replace it, claiming it was not their fault. As someone who has worked in customer service for many years, I find this unacceptable.

The food and service at this restaurant are excellent! The staff is friendly, the prices are great, and the portions are generous. The green sauce is outstanding, and their enchiladas are a must-try classic.

The Mexican food at this restaurant is good, but there is room for improvement. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the salsas and chips are excellent.
