Barracuda Gas Grill - Longview

Oh my goodness! It's as if the warmth of southern hospitality and the deliciousness of southern cuisine blend together in perfect harmony! I have dined at this restaurant numerous times and have never been disappointed. The chef is fantastic and the entire staff is incredibly friendly. I highly suggest stopping by and indulging in something tasty off their menu, but fair warning...it will quickly become your go-to spot for breakfast and/or lunch!

I stumbled upon this restaurant on my way to and from work and decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, the restaurant does not list their hours, making it easy to come in at the wrong time. It was a bit confusing to find a seat, place an order (due to a staff member on break), and pay. They only accept cash tips, which is disappointing. However, the food was worth the minor inconveniences. I ordered the fish plate (three fried fish fillets and three hush puppies) with okra and was extremely satisfied with the taste and portion size. I particularly enjoyed the hush puppies and wished there were more. I couldn't resist finishing the meal before even leaving the restaurant. Kudos to the chefs for a delicious meal.

I love this small restaurant. It has a charming dining area and a very casual atmosphere. Despite being located inside a gas station, the food is fantastic and the service is excellent.

Found this little gem passing through on the way back home.... It was time to stop for lunch, so we figured why not, this is a made to order place, so don't expect old ready made food.... I had the chicken strip with fries combo and the chicken was tender and juicy and fries were crispy! Hubby had the bacon cheeseburger and onion rings and he said it was some of the best he has ever had! Service is friendly and establishment is clean! We will be stopping here again of we are in the area!
