KUTO Comptoir a Tartares - Longueuil

We stopped by Mirabel to visit family and they ordered the takeover of Kuto. I can say I had no tartars like this and especially takeout! We had a duo with Montreal smoked meat and a Mexican salmon. The taste was exceptional, the portions great. I... I made chips at home and my wife had salad. We also had guedille. Don't know what this is in English, but it was great! We need something like this in Ottawa. Come on, Kuto!

I have a hard time giving him 4 stars, but also 3 stars are not fair. We went for lunch and I expected more refined taste. It wasn't up to me.

Very tasty and efficient business dinner. The varied lunch menu is suggested for a competitive price. The service is attentive and fast. Another lunch offer on a very lively restaurant street. Will go again to explore the menu.

My experience at this new restaurant in Griffintown was not great. If you consider yourself a Tartar specialist, you shouldn't be serving such greasy tartares. The taste was lacking and for around 20-22 CAD, there are much better places to eat in Montreal. There were too many sauces and mayonnaise on the dishes. To top it off, we were served in plastic plates and bowls. Additionally, reservations were not possible and the tables were too close together, making it uncomfortable. The waitress was fine and did her job, but overall, I would recommend staying away from this restaurant.

I inform the waitress that im not eating a lot (Lap Band) but i want to taste as much as possible. no explanation of the menu expcpt for salad or chips so i take my first pick, second than when i ask for the 3rd... she inform that im not finishing my plate that they will charge me if not and they will not serve me other tarttare ...!!! WHAT??? i make sure to advise the waitress at first and in all of that no one came to me to see if everything ok or ???...!!!! first and last time and honestly my tartare taste better ..... DO NOT SPEND YOUR THERE
