The food and atmosphere were great, but the service was extremely slow and the worst I've experienced in years. It seemed intentionally rude. When we arrived, the staff was inattentive and unhelpful.
I still dream about the pasta from this restaurant a year later. We dined there two out of the three nights we spent in Colmar.
