Rancheros Longmont

I was craving some comfort food on a dreary Colorado day. Being a native New Mexican, I’m always on the lookout for top-notch green chili along with fresh, delicious chips and salsa. They truly bring me joy. Rancheros Restaurant did not disappoint at all. The green chili is genuinely spicy and authentic. The salsa is both fresh and zesty, and their queso is absolutely heavenly. I highly recommend this restaurant if you find yourself in the Longmont area. Thank you, Rancheros Restaurant, for the happiness; it tastes just like home!

I had no idea this restaurant was there until a friend told me about it. It's somewhat out of sight from the interstate, and also a bit tucked away on Highway 66. The food was great and the prices were reasonable. We tried the smothered beef burrito, shrimp fajitas, and a taco salad. The tortilla chips were really crispy, and the salsa was just right. There are plenty of tables and seats inside, and there's ample free parking available outside.

I had a fantastic experience at this small local restaurant. The homemade spicy salsa was incredible! I could only have one margarita, but it was so good. The food was hot and delicious, and the service was very friendly. This is definitely a place worth stopping by for great food!

I found myself stuck across the street and decided to give the restaurant a try. It turned out to be a fantastic experience! Since I now know I can park right across the street, I will definitely return.

Loco Pollo was quite good. In the background, there were chimichangas. However, the chimichangas were barely fried and could have benefited from a longer cooking time. Overall, it's one of the better places I've dined at in Colorado.
