Bidrage med feedbackIf I could give negative stars, I would. The worst customer service ever! I placed and order for three items of one of them is a chicken tender and popcorn shrimps. I checked the bag before leaving and made responsible for all the articles. When I came home, I realized there were no chicken teeth. I called the store and the manager said I wasn't charged for the chicken, even though I ordered it, and if I wanted to go back to the store and pick up, they would give me the chicken. That's it. While my family eats, one of us has to go back to town for two chicken pliers. I'm angry. I tell my husband that he should also take back the shrimps because it is cold and most of them were hard to break. I wanted him to ask for a new order. The manager who refused to give only their first name, said she would not replace the shrimps and gave the two chicken pliers and said that everything she would do. That she gave us the two offers without charging us. She acted like she was coming out of her check. Only the inconveniences are worth more than 2 offers to not mention the gas and time and now cold meal are eaten after all the others are finished. I'm just old school, I guess and always have hmgine out of my way to make sure others are well looked after. I just know that there will be a time in the future in which this lady is treated as badly as I and I and had about it. But another one was able to settle with the current attitude. Not sure that a good customer service exists everywhere nowadays. Popeyes on Main in Longmont has a crew working that has shown me, it is not important to provide a good experience and create a return customer. But why? We'll never go there again.
Lots of bread on a delicious chicken sandwich. This place is usually not overcrowded and the drive thru goes fast. I didn't try some of the Cajun flavor menu items, but their Mac and cheese is top notch.
This franchise must be pulled! The ice machine has not worked for 2 months, the staff is sour, and the store is not napkins in the dining room, nor towels in the bathrooms. Either be in business or out! A local ice supplier could store a freezer in front of the back door if parts are a problem. Get creative!
Eating is good the most time, but the rude blonde manager ruin the experience. An elder asks for straw and napkins because they were on the counter from them. She gave him 2 napkins and 1 straw for herself and his wife. I ask them for further napkins for the Lord and she gave him 2 and answered 2 is enough for him and his wife. Very rest for an employee who goes through a manger canon to treat a guest in this way. I come here a lot and the same blonde employee is rude. Shame! Everyone knows that it takes more than 1 napkin to eat finger food like Popeye's chicken. Bad service!
Awful!! Was told 6min for our food?.15min later I go bk inside to see what the deal is. Magically the food just came up. ?? really?!? No it was just sitting there. I told the kid working ?if you say 6 min, then it needs to be 6min!! If it?s 15 then SAY THAT!!? Call me crazy but most ppl think this way! Wait? let me guess, ur short staffed? Then tell me the TRUTH! SO frustrated!! Got our money bk but won?t be going back.
