Polleria La Fogata - Longmont

Despite a slight language barrier between English and Spanish, this restaurant is fantastic. The atmosphere is incredibly authentic and the food is delicious. I will definitely be coming back soon! Bonus: they offer the authentic, nacho-flavored Doritos chips that are typically only found in Mexico.

I really liked the chicken tacos at this restaurant. They were freshly grilled and packed with great flavor. The sauce and grilled chili added a nice spicy kick to the dish.

This restaurant has the best chicken in town! I can't wait to try the goat birria. The service is always quick, and the staff is awesome. I love this place!

The chicken special is BEYOND delicious as are the rice and beans and yummy salsa that accompany the meal. I've been searching for an authentic Mexican take out place in Longmont and was so happy I found this place. The owners are super friendly and always give me top notch service.

We love this place and come here frequently. This is a small family-owned counter serve restaurant (very Mexican) which specializes in grilled chicken called 'pollo asado '. The chicken is delicious and comes with beans, rice, tortillas, and grilled jalapenos. They have other Mexican food as well but I 've only had the chicken. They often run out closer to closing time but you can call ahead and they will reserve something and prepare it to go.
