Panera Bread - Longmont

The service was quick and friendly. It was our first visit, and the cashier kindly explained the menu options with a smile. The food was good, though not extraordinary. The restrooms were clean. They offered some unique beverage choices. For vegetarians, there were several Mediterranean options available. Parking was convenient, as the restaurant is located in a large strip mall.

Panera has consistently disappointed me. I know this review may come across as harsh, but I have my reasons. Every time I place an order, something goes wrong. How do you confuse chicken soup with cheddar broccoli? Or switch my sandwich for something entirely different? On top of that, I paid $11 for a sandwich that wasn't even that good. I've given Panera too many chances already.

This place has really declined! While the coffee is good, the breakfast sandwiches are a disappointment.

I even hate to rotate a star, but I have to do that because of the slow counterfeit I experienced on the morning, that is when they are in the rule in the greatest hurry of their day. the foods and drinks are in the regular good, but I have got the bottom of the barrel of the suppe several times for having to take away another star. seems that an upgrade in management would do the trick, but the feared C word seems to get rid of quality customer service. Anyway, here's a cheerful portrait of my coffee and croissant.

Food is really good but service is terrible. Examples: walked in and the whole floor was sticky to the point where every step makes a sound. Tell staff, and their response is Ohh..... but does nothing about it.Example 2: order a sandwich but want a different sauce on it that it originally comes with. Staff member tells me they are not allowed to change it. Argue that both in the app and at the self serve kiosk I have that option, so makes me order using the self serve kiosk. I 'm sure they have a reason for it if it 's a valid process, but it is bad customer service regardless!!!
