Noodles Company - Longmont

Manager Serena was absolutely fantastic. She welcomed us warmly and went out of her way to assist us in selecting the right dishes for our peanut allergies.

While it took a bit of time for our food to arrive and I noticed that to-go orders were being prioritized over dine-in ones, I have to say my Japanese pan noodles were excellent—just as good as when they first debuted on the menu. The only downside was that we were served in plastic instead of real dishes, which felt a bit off. The cashier appeared to be a bit worn out but was still very friendly.

We ordered takeout from the location on Main Street in Longmont. I tried the Asian noodles with steak, and it was terrible. The noodles were spicy and dry, making them nearly inedible. I usually enjoy the food here, but tonight was a real letdown. I'm very disappointed.

Despite their claims of being overwhelmed, the staff certainly didn't seem to be in a hurry. My little sister even fell asleep for an hour before our food arrived. The service was abysmal, and I have no intention of returning, even when I can drive next school year. It was the worst service I've experienced in a place with seven people working at the same time. I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone.

I waited more than 40 minutes for my order because they prioritized pickup orders over those placed in person. After I ordered, I was told they had run out of LEANguini. When my order finally arrived, I had to wait another ten minutes since I was given a small portion instead of the large Spaghettirosa that I had requested.
