First Watch - Longmont

Consistently great meals. I decided on the Pancakes with lemon curd and fresh strawberries. I think I had not had a pancake in years, and these did not disappoint. The lightly sweet yet slightly tart lemon curd paired perfectly with the perfectly ripe strawberries. Pancakes were huge (couldn't finish! and so tender light and fluffy. I'd have this dish again in a heartbeat. As usual, the staff is attentive and making sure the coffee pot is full!

The food is delicious but, the service is exceptional! The staff is super friendly and willing to go above and beyond in service.

A great brunch in spot in town! Get there early because they get busy quickly. Staff were lovely and the food was excellent. Liked that they give you a full mini champagne bottle for the mimosa! I've been told the sticky bacon is a signature item though we didn't get it on our first visit. Will definitely come here again to try it next time!

My first time here and it was fabulous! The food was delicious, and the iced coffee price alone will bring me back. I had breakfast and look forward to trying other meals.

Very good service. Food was excellent. Not as crazy busy as the ones in the metro area, which was nice. Was able to get a table right away.
