Blue Corn Tacos - Longmont

Longmont's favorite taco shop in my opinion is this one. I am always impressed by their food and find myself eating here almost every week. The mole con pollo taco is perfect for when you're feeling adventurous, and the al pastor and carnitas tacos are fantastic if you're in the mood for something more traditional. The owners and chefs consistently deliver delicious flavors and excellent service every week.

This is one of my top taco spots in Longmont, with fantastic prices and a wide selection to choose from. The homemade chips are exceptional. The service is consistently excellent and your food arrives quickly.

I am absolutely in love with the Chilie Relleno tacos at this restaurant! My only gripe is that they don't offer Blue Corn Tacos at their Centennial location, where I reside.

Absolutely PHENOMENAL ? tried a variety of options and everything was delicious and fresh and the folks working here are so incredibly nice and welcoming. Love love LOVE this restaurant!

Zero stars. Overpriced! The employees and owners think they are better than their loyal customers and disrespect them. Being that I’m bilingual I constantly hear the employees make fun of and talk badly about their customers. It makes no sense. With that being said I recommend Tacos GTO, 5280 street tacos, Marcos hot dogs, Birreria Doña Maria. Blue corn tacos do not deserve your business. Take your money else where!!!
