I attempted to leave a $50 tip, but your machine only allowed me to leave $5. This is unfair to your staff. Please address this issue as soon as possible.

I’ve had a frustrating experience every time I visit this restaurant. The last time I ordered a two-scoop brownie sundae with hot fudge, but it didn’t come with the hot fudge. This time, I ordered the same thing, and it was missing the brownie. Given how expensive their ice cream is, I expect them to at least get my order right. I would recommend avoiding this place and heading to Scrumptious Downtown for much better ice cream and far superior service.

I have to say it was much cheaper than the other ice cream shop in town. The treat was delicious and satisfied my sweet tooth.

The owners Mark and Lindsey are by far the worst managers I?ve ever witnessed. I will never again support a company that treats their employees as poorly as they do.

Ordered a 3 scoop with multiple toppings which I paid extra for. Only received two out of the 3 scoops and only received 1 topping. This is the 3rd time my order has been wrong. Very irritated and of course nothing will be done about it.
