The service was a bit slow since there was only one waitress handling the entire restaurant (both inside and outside) on a busy Saturday night, and she seemed a bit overwhelmed. However, she maintained a great attitude and was very friendly. She even managed to present a birthday cake and sing "Happy Birthday" for the table next to ours in a cheerful and lively manner. Honestly, whatever they're paying her, it isn't enough. Overall, I really enjoyed my experience here and will definitely be returning for more casual outings in the neighborhood. I just hope they consider hiring an additional staff member to assist during busy weekends.

I'm convinced that all these positive reviews are written by friends of the owners since they have so many restaurants. The service is terrible, the atmosphere feels run-down, and the food is generally inconsistent—mostly not good. If you're from Queens, you already know that this place isn't for anyone from the other boroughs. They used to be good years ago, but none of their restaurants are exceptional anymore. They have curb appeal and a strong presence on social media, but the group of owners seems to know a lot of influential people. They even have connections with the NYPD, who frequent their establishments—including me, haha—but it's just not worth it.

The customer service was terrible, and the portion sizes were disappointing. We waited 15 minutes for someone to take our order, and it took another 45 minutes for our food to arrive. I was sitting outside, and when I came in to use the restroom, the same hostess who initially refused to seat us because they needed to "reserve" for future customers immediately questioned me. The rice was the size of my palm, and the pernil was mostly bone and slimy. I would rate this experience a 2 out of 10. They really need to improve.

Absolutely my favorite pernil anywhere. It's lean, but not too lean, and full of flavor. All the sides are excellent as well. The service is quitw friendly and very prompt. I did not feel rushed at all and was really able to enjoy my delicious meal. Thiswas my third or forth visit amd the experience has been the same each time.

The service is excellent, the view is fantastic, and the food is superb.
