Great place if you want a quick coffee and a egg and cheese sandwich

I visited the restaurant at 7:30 PM for a coffee, thinking I had time to place an order since they closed at 8:00 PM. However, when I entered, no one greeted me. The staff member was taking out the trash and had already turned off all the machines. She only offered me hot coffee. I was very disappointed because I typically have a great experience at this Dunkin' location, but it's quite unprofessional to close half an hour early.

The cappuccino has changed. I now get a smaller one with 3 shots of espresso. It’s acceptable, but I would still prefer to go the extra 5 miles to Starbucks, which remains the best on this side of Puerto Rico.

The location is convenient, and the staff is friendly and quick to serve. My coffee is usually spot on, but I’ve noticed that the quality can vary depending on who makes it. For instance, my caramel latte today was missing the caramel. I believe it would be beneficial for the team to receive consistent training on standard preparation methods so that customers can count on having the same great experience every time. Coffee plays a crucial role in starting the day off right.
