Dunkin' - Long Branch

If I could have put zero stars, I would. This is a horrible Dunkin Donuts and my coffee is always disgusting here. Ever single time I come here, I have an outrageously horrible experience. Not to the mention the horrible, rude, careless staff. Althoughall my experiences are always bad, today really irked me. I placed a mobile order for two SIMPLE items, an iced caramel latteand a classic glazed donut. The rude woman proceeded to hand me a melted coffee that tasted equivalent to water and then told meshe doesn?t see that I ordered a donut as I had my phone with the order right in front of her face as she told me ? I don?t knowwhat I?m supposed to be looking at? and then rudely says that the donut will he ?on her? as if I didn?t already pay for it. I?mdone with this place. Do not go here.

I have a problem with this Dublin donuts EVERY TIME I COME HERE. They could care less and their staff is rude. If you can avoid this dnd do so at all costs but it?s the one en route to the beach so people end up stopping here to get HORRIBLE SERVICE!

I ordered a jelly donut and a coffee. The lady forgot to make my coffee and I was the only one in the store. When she finaly remembered. She asked someone else to make it. The donut was stale. They didn't have a key for the locked room. Which was the only reason I stopped and the women's room said employees only. The pace was dirty. Worst Dunkin ever and I visit Dunkin regularly in my travels. Don't go to that one, for real.

Showed up at 7:16pm for one coffee. Employees inside on their cell phones and the doors were locked. Tried the drive thru to be ignored. They close at 8PM not 7:16PM unreal laziness.

Waited 45 minutes for my order inside while the drive through continued to be serviced. My box of Joe was broken and leaking. I asked for a new one and the employee said they had no more boxes left. Very disappointing and I will never return.
