Wetzel's Pretzels - Long Beach-Lakewood

Got there at 6:5PM said they stopped making wetzel dogs at 6 due to high spoilage they had everything else but the wetzel dogs if you close at 8pm at least make a batch at 7pm

I took my two daughters here to get them the sour cream pretzel bits. There were two young female cashiers. I greeted them with a cheery “Hello!” They stared back at me and said nothing. I waved and one of them waved back. Still no smiles and no “Hello” from either one. It looked like they just came back from a funeral. I walked away. No customer service whatsoever! They just lost a customer. I am so disappointed. It is the first time I walked away from an establishment. Luckily, there was another Wetzel Pretzel in the Food Court.

Two pretzels, a drink, 3 cheese sauces. $22.00. I think it’s a bit pricey.The pretzels were ok, a little dry in my opinion. Had the pepperoni and jalapeño ones.One of the employees was friendly enough.I might have to pass next time.
