Bidrage med feedbackWished I could’ve gotten his name. I went on a Saturday night 2/24/2024 around 10pm had such a pleasant visit as a delivery driver. He also gave me a pizza bag never had someone offered me one of those. Thank you so much!!!!!
It's Superbowl Sunday and i specifically came in to place my order in person to avoid issues. I wait 20 min for my order, only to find out they place banana peppers instead of bell peppers! I'm waiting another 20 minutes, but it's still not ready! Pre game and Kickoff have past and I'm very upset!! Please avoid this place. I came here an hour before the Superbowl and i missed kickoff and time with family.
It was late 10:00 and we were craving pizza. Tried to order on the Pizza Hut website but the website was acting up. Tried to use there app but that was acting up. Ordering through DoorDash was going to be double. So I resorted to calling this location on South St. By this point it’s 10:10 and a girl answers asks if I would like pick up or delivery. I responded delivery. (Mind you the weather is rainy so we planned on a big tip) She proceeds to state they aren’t taking any orders because they are closing soon. I asked if they were closing at 11pm. She confirmed and said “but we’re closing early because we have no dough.”Yes.So one star all around as customer service was below standards at this location.
Do not order from this place. There is some fraudulent activity either with the app or employees. I placed order on mobile app, and when my order was significantly delayed, I called to check. I was informed my pizza was delivered to a completely unknown address because I had called to change the address! The manager refused to fulfill my order or provide me with a credit/refund. I was rudely informed that I had to deal with corporate number. Extremely concerned at security of the app, and the security measures in place to modify orders. Why would I call in to change an address if I made the decision to use mobile app for my order to begin with?? Nor was I ever notified of the change, zero notification to confirm. Additionally, I have a history of ordering via mobile app, and have zero history of ever having any issues. Rather than giving the customer the benefit of the doubt that this was some sort of fraud, I was completely dismissed by the store. Be careful when ordering from this store, and the app. Something fishy happening. I did file a formal complain, and requesting a call. Will update once I here from them. Luckily, Corp agreed to refund the charges, but the concern with the safety of the app and unacceptable customer service is still pending. Unbelievable!UPDATE (5 days later): I wrote and email to [hidden email] and have yet to hear back from anyone. I just emailed them a follow up email today requesting a response. I will if and when they contact me. Additionally, they still charged my CC contrary to corporate telling they were not. Luckily, as an Amex customer, I am able to dispute.
They automatically add a Service Fee to your order even for pickup. WTF the dummy worker said they do this so they don't have to raise the prices..LAIR LAIR The prices did go up and on the website it says because the cost to do business in Cali is so expensive..then LEAVENEVER GOING BACK..Pappa John's is now my favorite
