Edgar and Kelly were fantastic! They were kind, patient, and really made an effort to accommodate my anxious nephew. This is a wonderful place to enjoy a meal and celebrate special occasions.

I've experienced some of the best food here, along with unforgettable celebrations. The staff is always friendly, and I believe it's far better than Benihana in every aspect. Why choose Benihana when we have Wako? It was fantastic!

Very disappointed Sunday dinner even our check was $670.00Service is bad you can't believeServer .... get drink and then disappeared.Never came back we gave to ask the cook for things because server never came back..We waited to get sliverswares waited and waited another server next table gave us plastic sliverswares..very poor service..very poor managamantRestroom both men and women filthy.. next to our tables server assistant and other dumping dirty nasty towles in diety sink .. stinks there ..Employees eating on dinnig tables and some seating on the floor ..poor managamant.Servers all unfriendly..Why they work at such hospitality business..Cook was friendly and tried ro be nice since he noticed server disappeared for very long time .Foods was not cooked the way we all expected.No tips to serverBut tipped the cook only .I let manager in charge knew how bad his service was ..Sorry I never gave 1 starI never didn't tip the usual 20%This one is realy bad ....
