The Flame Broiler - Long Beach

I ordered a mixed beef and chicken dish and was pleased to find that I could skip the rice and enjoy it over a bed of vegetables instead. The choice of sauce was nice; there's a sauce bar available, and the special sauce from the staff is absolutely delicious. I also tried the Rascal Salad, and the woman at the counter recommended a sesame sauce to go with it. Unfortunately, I wasn’t a fan of the sauce, as it didn’t have much sesame flavor. However, the highlight of the meal was definitely the meat and vegetables, earning a solid 5-star rating from me. The flavors were wonderful – the steak was well-marinated, and the chicken was perfectly seasoned. Even the orange they served with the meal had great potential, though I’m not sure why; it just missed the mark and wasn't sweet at all. It seems like a lucky draw sometimes!

The building is cold food was nice and warm plus tasteful

The bowls are excellent, offering nutritious options at reasonable prices. However, the service was average. The building left much to be desired, with a strange, compact layout and an unclean appearance.

This is the only location that's ever attempted to charge me for sauce. There isn't even any sauce available for the bowls, so it just feels like they're trying to nickel and dime their customers. The staff is lackluster and the service leaves a lot to be desired. Surprisingly, the food isn’t nearly as good as at other locations, like the one on Del Amo in Cerritos. I won't be returning, just to be petty and avoid supporting this place.

Absolutely terrible customer service would not replace my order after giving me the wrong me on my order and the store manager refused to replace my order because I didn't keep my receipt and I told her that I had my card but she was basically saying that without a receipt basically they can make a mistake and not fix it so just make sure that you hold on to your receipt or make sure that they make it right or just don't buy from them at all because they're not going to take responsibility
