The Boathouse On The Bay - Long Beach

The Chilean Lake Bass was incredible—a perfect choice for a light dinner. I also highly recommend the boathouse roller. While the food was fantastic, the service truly stood out; the staff was very friendly and always attentive. The atmosphere was delightful, enhanced by a wonderful singer. Overall, it was the perfect night out.

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. The view is stunning, and the live music added to the atmosphere nicely. The food and drinks were delightful, too. You can bring your own bottle of wine for a corkage fee of $25, which is a nice option. I thoroughly enjoyed the oysters and had the jidori chicken breast, both of which were excellent. The ambiance was great, and I will definitely return in the future. While the prices are generally moderate—not too cheap, but not overly expensive either—I found it worth it for the overall experience.

On Saturday morning, I went to lunch with another couple. The view by the water was lovely, and while the food was good, it didn't quite have that WOW factor. I wouldn't choose this place if I was really looking to enjoy a great meal.

Service was absolutely great and the food was very fresh and delicious. However, the oysters on the half shell are very small, but nevertheless refreshing and good. The appetizers consisted of ginorme coconut yarns, which were composed for the small oysters and delicious Calamari.

Burt was amazing server, the food was amazing we did wait for over an hour on a Thursday but it was worth it. Recommend it for a nice family dinner. We were visiting from NY and here is where we had our last family meal. Def a great spot. Sea bass was superb
