Subway - Long Beach

The girls at this subway were fantastic. We came to pick up sandwiches for a school function and realized It was the wrong day. They were so gracious and stopped the order. We returned on the right day and they remembered us. The 6 sandwiches were made quickly and to order!! Thank you so much

I have been a customer at this restaurant for several years, and for the first time, I found their Italian bread to be fresh. All the other ingredients also appeared to be fresh. The sandwiches are as good as you make them. However, I recommend not ordering through the Subway app, as it can be quite complicated, especially when using coupons and gift cards. It’s much quicker to order and pay inside the store, where you can also ensure that you get the right ingredients on your sandwiches.

I stop by this Subway occasionally when I choose to have a picnic at El Dorado Park. The place is clean, and the vegetables are fresh every time I come in. To be honest, the customer service could use some improvement—perhaps just a bit more enthusiasm when interacting with customers. My only real disappointment is that they've stopped serving honey oat wheat bread! Other than that, I would give it 4 stars for the freshness of the food and the cleanliness of the restaurant. More energy from the staff and a return of the honey oat bread would definitely bump my rating up to 5 stars.

I highly recommend their new brisket sandwich. The meat was perfectly cooked, and the combination of cheese and BBQ sauce added a wonderful depth of flavor. The toasted bun provided a nice, crispy texture that complemented the sandwich well. The service was excellent; the server was friendly, polite, and very attentive. The restaurant itself was clean and well-maintained. The only downside is that, due to its small size, there isn’t a restroom available for customers.
