Parrish's Lounge - Long Beach

We celebrated our 23rd anniversary dinner there, and it was fantastic! The views were stunning, the food was delicious, and the manager, John, entertained us with his amusing stories at the table. He is such a character! The entire staff contributed to making our dinner truly special. Thank you!

The food and service were absolutely outstanding! However, the manager truly elevated our experience. My husband and I were celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary, and there was a child at a nearby table. The manager went above and beyond by making a paper airplane for the child, taking him and his dad outside to feed the seagulls, and even giving him some seashells. He was incredibly friendly and warm. As we were leaving, he surprised me with a bouquet of fresh flowers!

I was genuinely disappointed with my experience, particularly with John, the host. Initially, he mocked me in front of the staff for dining alone for brunch (I was there for work). After I placed my order at the bar, he approached me again and ridiculed me for reviewing my notes. I hope this feedback encourages the owners to address his behavior.

Excellent food and service gourmet cuisine in a casual friendly atmosphere. A definite must go if you come to the gulfcoast.
