The customer service is A1 . He made you feel like he knew you . My favorite is the sour apple and cherry and my son favorite is the dill pickle and red hot. My baby son love the peublo. As a New Orleanian, I can guarantee that Fluffy’s Sno-Balls has the authentic New Orleans snowball experience! The sweet treats were unique, tasty, and memorable! The owner is very personable as well. I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in Long Beach, CA

I did make it to fluffy’s and the experience was something you won’t for get. Fluffy Snoballs are sooooo good. The customer service is excellent. The ice is so soft. It reminds me so much of New Orleans!

Even above all the great sno ball treats, it’s the customer service for me. The way the owners and staff make you feel when you go there is just wonderful and uplifting. Fluffy’s is more than an ice cream shop. It’s like Cheers—a welcoming place where everybody knows your name and makes you feel good!
