Daily Perks - Long Beach

Unassuming little spot with tasty subs and pastries. I love their turkey on baguette and they have boba tea now, too.Food: 5/5

I tried to give this place a chance, but customer service has not been the best. This time the lady took a phone order before mine, when I was there first. When I tried to ask a quick menu question she ran to the back. Looks like they also changed the menu no tuna sandwich.

I have tried a couple coffees at this place, hot coffee, iced coffee, cafe mocha, cappuccino, and the Vietnamese coffee. I like them all but the Vietnamese coffee is my favorite.

This is a nice, no frills, local place. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The coffee is good and the breakfast sandwiches are very tasty. They bake their own croissants fresh daily. There is a counter to sit and stay, although most of their business seems to be taken out. Daily Perks has been here a long time. They are directly across from Wilson HS...which I should mention makes them very busy just before school and after, as well as lunchtime...plan accordingly. We had a nice breakfast here and will return.

The vanilla iced coffee is so good and not watered down like other places I've been to. My friend got the Thai tea and she went back in the afternoon to get another one, it was that good.
