Carl's Jr. - Long Beach

As I arrived at the parking lot, I noticed an employee sweeping and tidying up outside. Upon entering the restaurant, I was struck by how impeccably clean everything was. The men's restroom was well-maintained, and the dining area was spotless. The kitchen staff was diligently at work, and I was truly impressed by the attention to detail in the cleanliness.

The service was swift, and the young woman at the drive-thru was very professional and maintained a positive attitude despite the fast-paced environment. It’s a challenging job, but she was exceptionally friendly. I hope her efforts are recognized. The fries were piping hot, everything was clean, and there were plenty of napkins. Overall, this is a great Carl's Jr.!

I just had the best tasting and freshest food, along with outstanding customer service, at this Carl's Jr. It was the best experience I've had in the last 15 years. Great job, everyone!

This is the best Carls I’ve ever been to. The dining room is immaculate and the employees are extremely courteous. The female manager that usually runs the drive thru in the PM is amazing. She deserves to be a regional manager or something. Sorry, I wish I knew her name.

I always get the Monster biscuit when I get breakfast here. My favorite, so good! My only quibble is that, while I really enjoy dining in, the music played in the dining area is so loud, it's intrusive. The type of music is fine; the volume is the difficulty. Especially early in the morning. For that very reason, I don't go as often as I'd like, frankly.
