Bistro - Long Beach

I only had the most delicious burger in my stay at the hotel next door. It's a nice bar, but I expected a generic frozen burger. What I got was a perfect and tasteful burger with some fantastic pommes next to him. Bartender and the cook were friendly and attentive. Def recommends the Bistro Burger. I forgot to take a picture because I just eat it too fast.

This hotel and bar could not be more friendly and friendly and, I am from the south so that is high praise indeed!! Jessie was our waiter and he was patient and amazing to 7 crazy Cajun ladies. Stephen checked us at the reception and I love him, can't say enough good things. You really have to try. I live in Louisiana and would come back to stay here again!!

The selection of appetizers is phenomenal. The brussel sprouts and baked brie were amazing. The impossible patty melt made me melt. The staff was attentive, the drinks great, and the mood of the whole place was something I always want to return to!

Excellent cocktails and our waiter was very attentive. The food was mostly good and we enjoyed our dishes in general. My only torment was with the reserve ribs that were a bit hard on the outside. Otherwise, great taste, presentation and general experience.

Pretty chill atmosphere with a great wait staff. They know the food options here and provide great recommendations. I got the Brunch Burger and it was amazing! I like my burgers a certain way, and I wasn't sure I was going to like this burger, but it had so many different flavors hitting your palette that it was a tornado of goodness! Definitely recommend!
