Alsace Lorraine Bakery - Long Beach

This is a lovely neighborhood bakery! Lots of goodies to choose from. My son's birthday is Monday so we bought him his favorite red velvet cake. So very good! Got a few other treats to have with coffee in the morning. The staff was super helpful n nice. Can't wait to go in again.

It was just ok. I got a nice sampling of items hoping for that Oh my gosh, melt in my mouth dessert. And nothing. I was a little disappointed because I got excited when I read bakery.

This place is a gem of a bakery , the owner is super sweet! They have a wide array of fresh made from scratch pastries. The shop is kinda hidden on Atlantic. So use GPS if you are not local and you won't miss it. Everytime I go in they are fully stocked and if you need a larger order just call in advance! 5 stars all day.

This place has some nice memories associated with it so I want to like it and want to give it a good review. The honest truth is their croissants are god awful. They are flat, not buttery, not Croissant-like at all. When discussing the mediocrity of them with my daughter we opined that it would be a better alternative to go to Costco and buy a big package of them, and then melt some chocolate chips inside. The eclairs however are quite good. Macarons pretty good too.

Fine little bakery!! Wonderful treats to tame your sugar tooth!! Lol YOU HAVE TO TRY THE CHOCOLATE CHEWIES!!!!!! Oh my goodness they could turn a bad day into a great day with just one bite!! True story!!!! Don't miss out!! This is a great little bakery!!!
