Arnold's Family - Lone Star

My cousin and I decided to try this restaurant for the first time, and we had a delicious meal. The staff was very friendly and sweet.

The service has been hit or miss. We used to love this restaurant, but our recent experiences have not been as enjoyable. The last time we visited, the pancakes were dry and crumbly, and the tacos and taco salad dishes were too thick and hard to enjoy. We hope they improve the quality of their pancakes soon. We probably won't be returning anytime soon.

I placed an order at the restaurant and had to wait for 15 minutes before I arrived, but I ended up waiting an additional 20 minutes for my food to be ready. My meal was only prepared after I left my car in the drive-thru and went inside. The server informed me that there was a mix-up in the kitchen causing the delay. My breakfast order did not come with toast as requested, and my child's order of gravy on the side was not included. Additionally, there were no utensils or napkins provided. Overall, I was disappointed with the service.

Was told this place was amazing. Unfortunately for us we recieved lousy service and the food was just reheated.

Great service best grits I've had at a restaurant, my ribeye steak cooked well too much gristle.
