Wendy's - London

Stopped here briefly before checking in to our hotel and it was fast and friendly after being on the road for hours. Nothing to rave or complain about. Hot fast food

While this is not a star restaurant, today I observed star service. Wendy’s staff person, Vanessa, graciously served a very abrasive, demanding customer who was ahead of us in line. When the woman received her order, she barked at that server that the...Frosty was too small and she didn’t want it. That server was also polite to this disruptive woman, despite the way she had been treated. We were impressed.

This is your average fast food resturant but I must say service was friendly, and the resturant was clean and tidy

Stopped for a couple of chicken wraps and a baked potato. We waited for a while before our food was ready, and when I was asked if I wanted butter with the baked potato. I said yes, but was handed margarine! I went back and...asked for butter, but they said sorry, margarine was all they had. If I had known I wouldn't have ordered the potato at all. Margarine is NOT buttter!
