Love this store, it is big, clean, good service and great food choices.Vegetarian options: The salad bowls are great.

Jan 1st 2024. We went to get some items at around 1:10pm. Sadly the very kind lady that was alone at the front wasn't able to get any help. Let alone a young boy wanted to yell out NOT IT, when the front lady asked for help. Definitely unfair for the 1 worker. The rest definitely need to learn a job is a job and things should be done at a professional manner. 13 cars passed through the drive thru before we even got to place our order.

The staff here are very nice! Unfortunately the accuracy is extremely low. It became a family game “ what will they forget or mess up today” for two weeks with 5 of us in the house there was only 2 visits where the orders were accurate. Twice getting orders that were not ours, missing sandwiches, sugar in coffee, tea instead of coffee. $130 in errors. We told them we didn’t want to be reimbursed or anything free, we just wanted the owner to be aware, but when we took a BLT back that had no mayo asking for it to be added and was told “Tim’s no longer offered Mayo” we went back to Byron location. Now if I were working there every order would be wrong lol.

I just went to pick up lunch. Came home and started drinking my chocolate milk to find out it was expired. Ruin lunch for me and to make matters worse I called to speak with the manager and she was dismissive. I will NEVER go to this location again. You shouldn't have to worry about getting expired food when going to a place that should be ALWAYS fresh.
