Have to call out the Arches on this location Likely a VERY busy one, there doesn't seem to be any urgency on anyone's mind.

Worst. Messed up meals after specific instruction and employee verifying the order. Wouldn't recommend. Ps who drinks Coke this early???? Ugh

Live music today on the patio at the Whiskey House Street Party with a programme of very good performers. The sangria, whiskey sours and nachos are great!

There was literally nothing we enjoyed about our experience in this place. Should have expected it when we were given clear solo cups when we sat down.I love bourbon and whiskey and was excited for some unique drinks but there was nothing interesting on either of those categories. So we ordered the champagne sangria which was supposed to have grand marnier, champagne and fruit juice, but I think we just got watered down fruit punch. None of us enjoyed it. If there had at least been champagne, maybe it would have been bubbly fruit punch. We ordered our food and there were huge waits between each persons dish. People had waited, then slowly eaten their dishes before three of the six entrees came. The fish and chips was bland, and the only positive is that the fish was fresh rather than frozen. It was paired with soggy roast potatoes. Once three people had finished their food, the one waitress in the restaurant asked if everyone got their good. We said no, three pasta were missing. This was when she decided to tell us that they ran out of that. We asked for menus, and after 5 minutes she came back out with them and said they ran out pretty much everything and it's "so annoying". We asked what they do have and she said "nothing it's so annoying" and when she saw all our facial expressions she said "drunken chicken is good. It's breaded chicken with some sauce". So we went back to the menu. We ordered again, and when walking away she yelled our order back at us, but completely wrong, and then ran inside. One of us had to follow her to correct it.Again, food came slowly and was not good. Very bland. When she didn't come back for a long time (apparently because she spilled beer all over herself) we asked the manager to bring the bill. He said ya I don't know, I'll get her, she's dealing with you. We asked her to split the bill. On the iPad they used, it seemed they had a super simple program but she got everything wrong. This process took more than two hours.... And we had to chase her down to pay in the end.I'd recommend never going here.
