Pizza Hut - London

We ordered our meal and were given a delivery time of roughly 1 hour. When I called the location when our food was half an hour late, the staff I talked to said it was out with the delivery driver and abruptly ended the call. It was nearly an hour late when I finally got it, and when I brought it inside, it was cold and the food had to be microwaved. Not impressed.

I think this franchise may uave changed hands in the last year or so. I used to be able to order a really good pizza at this location. The last time i ordered it i asked for a well done pizza, it was so under cooked, just horrible. I would have never eaten it if i wasnt so hungry, i did and it was horrible... never again

If you dream of what Pizza Hut used to be like, well , this location has transformed it into a nightmare. We ordered one of the specials for lunch delivery and it was a complete waste of money. The crust was rubbery,the dough poorly risen and it was barely even warm. The toppings were chopped so small that they were unrecognizable and the whole thing was very dark and unappetizing.This was the third time we ordered with identical results. So no more, not until someone teaches these guys what a fresh appetizing pizza is like.Save your money!

Stood there and watched staff member continue to focus on what he was doing. Had to wait until he finished to acknowledge me so I could get my pizza.

I have never been satisfied with this location. No customer service skills, rude management, poor quality pizza and slow.
