Pizza Hut - London

Ordered large veg pizza. Toppings were not enough. Cheese as in picture not evenly spreaded. Didn’t get taste of sauce. May be they forget to put a sauce. Not even properly cut the slices.Cheese is burnedIs it a maker working for 1 st shift or what ??

Missing half the order, only one member from management for the entire store and she wasn't working the Friday close, driver argued about whether or not half the order was missing, called it in and they remade half the order, my question is why was only half remade, so the house gets to have cold pizza next to hot pizza, told it would take 20 mins for my reorder to get here, took closer to 40. Attempted to call the 1866 number as well and huge shocker it doesn't work. I'm truly disgusted by the business practices that are implemented through here, will not be reordering again and will gladly share my experience with as many people as I can to ensure no one else gets to deal with this frustration.

Avoid ordering from this restaurant. They only fulfill half of your order, refuse to provide a refund, and are unresponsive to phone calls.

They made me wait long time and bad customer service.
