Piero's Pizzeria - London

After waiting for 15 minutes in a busy dining area, I had to move a stool to the hallway near the pop cooler where the staff were organizing chits. This happened on Thursday, September 22nd at 5:30. The employee working on the chits took a moment to lean back and whisper something in a delivery driver's ear while showing me and laughing sarcastically. When I picked up my order, he told me to put the chair back, but I responded by telling him to get his whispery buddy to do it. This behavior was completely unprofessional. It seems like customer service no longer holds any importance in today's fast-paced market.

The service I received at this restaurant was absolutely terrible. I called twice to check on my order and was met with a disrespectful employee who swore at me within seconds. This behavior was completely unacceptable and I have never been treated so rudely by a customer service staff before. I strongly urge others to avoid this place at all costs.

I just had the best calzones of my life at this restaurant. They were perfectly baked with herbs and filled with my favorite toppings. I ordered the large size and it was a massive portion. Don't think twice, I will definitely be ordering again soon!

When we first ordered, they forgot 2 items (big salad and a desert). I called and they said they would add this missing item to my next order. 2. order was fine and missing items from first order were added. 3. We ordered them to lose... 2 articles again (big salad and a bottle of dry shave). I didn't call because we won't order from here again.

My wife ordered two pizzas for her birthday. One with extra cheese, green peppers, onions , and mushrooms. One with extra cheese, ham, and pineapple. Both came wrong. One had green olives which my wife is allergic to. Which we did not mention due to...it does not come with green olives. It was also missing the onions the other pizza which was a Hawaiian pizza. Was missing ham. We also ordered ranch which it came with none. We tried calling the store and no one answered. We also tried calling skip the dishes and we were put into a chat where it would not load. She was pretty upset. Maybe if they tried a little harder. Especially when most restaurants are not going to make it during this pandemic they would not have 23 and now 24 terrible reviews.
