I enjoy the ambiance of this restaurant, it is lovely. However, the service is lacking as there are usually only one or two waitresses working. The food also takes around 45 minutes to be served as the kitchen is consistently slow. If they were to hire more staff, this place could easily become the best breakfast spot in town.

1st time customer, and won't be returning. We stopped in for breakfast Sunday morning around 10am. Waited to be seated for about 5 minutes, and the host wiped our table right before we sat down. Points for cleaning the table, deduction for the table being soggy and pools of water since it wasn't dried.Took way too long for someone to come and ask us for drinks. When she arrived we asked if we could just order since we knew what we wanted, but the employee said she could only take drinks and we had to wait for someone else for food. We were over an hour waiting for 2 meals of bacon and eggs. Lot's of other people were waiting so long that they went into the kitchen looking for staff to ask about their order. When we got the food it was ok, decent portions but nothing special. We had to ask someone for our bill as no one stopped by to ask how it was or clear our plates. As other reviews have mentioned, the bathrooms were gross. overflowing garbage, 2 stalls with no toilet paper at all, overall dirty.Would highly recommend you wait in the lines for Stacked Pancake House next door, WAY better and worth the wait. Lesson learned.

This restaurant was extremely slow, with all 5 bathroom stalls out of toilet paper. The food was decent, but it took 1.5 hours to be served. They also made a significant mistake on the bill.

Didn't even get acknowledged at the door, stood there for 5 minutes and left.Need more smaller tables and more staff.

Initially, I was apprehensive due to the numerous negative reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service provided by our waiter. He was very polite, the food arrived quickly and was delicious, and the atmosphere appeared clean and well-maintained.
