Sat in your drive thru for 10 min waiting for someone to take our order. You had two lanes open, but only one were orders being taken, so 4 cars that pulled up AFTER us got their order taken first. We finally pulled up to the window to complain about this, OLIVIA told us that she was not going to serve us after waiting for 20 minutes in your drive thru and YOU MAKING A HUGE MISKATE taking other peoples orders first... Instead of receive a simple apology, we get some trashy, unprofessional, twine who tells us she wont serve us. Unfortunately for you OLIVIA, the customer is always right. Possibly Mcdonald's needs to do a better job training their employees on customer service, oh and also possibly not acting immature, trashy OR LIKE YOUR RIGHT OUT OF TRAILER PARK BOYS

Your employee named OLIVIA needs to be FIRED IMMEDIATLEY! I am a long time customer but NEVER AGAIN WILL WE RETURN TO YOUR STORE specifically because of this employee. Very rude and unprofessional, she comes off as a trailer park trash, ghetto wanna be and gives your establishment a horrible image. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!

Waited a long time one person in the kitchen 5 people yelling at her for food. Finally they went and helped her. Fresh qtr pie def but after the wait gets were cold. Since I didn’t want to wait anymore for fresh ones after trying one I asked for a hot mustered sauce to at least make the cold fries tast better and they where happy to charge me for it to enjoy with my cold fries

I go here often for lunch as I work near here. The driver thru is fairly quick, I will say Leslie who works the first window is always great. She makes customers feel welcome, always ensures orders are correct. The only down fall is always having to move up to the third window to wait for my order. Other than that no
