Massey's Fine Indian Cuisine - London

Massey's is not only the top Indian restaurant in London, but also one of the best in Ontario. I highly recommend trying the Tandoori fish in the combo plate, and the okra is outstanding. It is a fantastic restaurant, perfect for dinner, although the buffet lunch is also amazing.

Went in to enjoy some nice Indian food since we are new to the city. But the experience turned out to be worst ever. Went in, got seated and there it started, the staff isn't attentive at all ! They took ages to give us the drinks that we ordered. The waiter came to take out food order didn't even write anything while we were giving order for 5 people. We ordered 2 butter chicken and two other main courses since we weren't gonna eat much. The waiter confirmed the order in front of all of us.. it took them forever to get the food ready. When we got the food, the order was all wrong. Instead of 2 butter chicken they gave us 4 and missed one of the other main courses we had ordered. On our bill they charged us for extra butter chickens that we didn't even order in the first place. While double checking the bill we told them it wasn't right. The lady started blaming us that we acted clever. The waiter denied that he wrote the wrong order!!! They other guy standing next to the kitchen started calling staff from inside and started saying to them all that we don't wanna pay the bill. Instead of listening to us they all started offending as if we wanted to have their free food.. I must say the staff is really rude and don't know how to speak to their customers. Will never go there again

I picked up an order spent over 50 dollars on food that was barely enough for two ppl.9 dollars for 3 pieces of naan bread.I called because I thought we were missing food because the lack of any.The manager who I spoke wirh was very cold and rude and even chided me for mispronouncing a menu item.I will never ever eat there again.I can't belive this place is still open.Word of mouth is key I will tell every person I know to stay very far away from this place.Food was ok but attitude and price was horrible.

The mulligawtny soup is excellent here. Worth going just for that. Food was very good, has some stuffed naan.

Good selection of food for the lunch buffet in a quite setting. Chicken dishes were very good, the bread served at the table and the seletcion of tea, coffee, beer and wine more than OK.
