There were sports teams staying at the hotel, and the kids were quite loud, running around and playing tag in the hallways late into the night. On a positive note, the staff at check-in were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet was nice. The hotel's location near the freeway was convenient. We only stayed for one night, but given the cleanliness issues, I would likely not return. There are several restaurants nearby for food and drinks.

Safety is another concern; there needs to be better consideration for guest behavior, as we encountered children running and shouting in the hallways at early hours. Additionally, when we first arrived, the hotel had an off-putting look that made it seem almost abandoned.

Regarding nearby activities, there are numerous bars and a shopping mall within easy walking distance, making the location very pedestrian-friendly with lots of exciting spots to discover.

The restaurant was tidy, and the staff was welcoming. However, we had two children with us, and there were no movies playing on the TV. When we contacted the front desk, they informed us that a technician would come in the morning, which didn’t really solve our issue. I recommend checking that everything is functioning properly before making a reservation. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay.

The rooms were beautiful, and the bathrooms were spotless. The air conditioning worked well, though there was a TV channel called 'Welcome' that was just static for some reason, and the AC was a bit noisy. There were plenty of activities nearby—the golf course had amazing decor, and the indoor pool was impeccably clean. Safety wasn’t a concern at all, given that it’s in Canada. It’s also conveniently located within walking distance to shops. The complimentary breakfast was great, although the water had a taste reminiscent of Dasani, which was slightly off-putting. Overall, I had an amazing stay!
