Chuck's Roadhouse Grill - London

We went just as it was starting to get busy for dinner. Our large group was 18 people and a friend had mistakenly tried to make a reservation in the wrong Chuck's. Still after just a few minutes, the waiter was able to get an area ready for our group and we were happy to all be together. The food took a long time but from what I saw, everyone got exactly what they ordered with the exception of one medium steak instead of a medium well steak. Not bad for 18 orders. The food was warm and it all came about the same time. Our waiter checked on us at least a couple times to see how everything was going. We all enjoyed the meal. I would say better than you could expect for the price. ??

The burger I had was great, and the nachos my cousin got looked amazing! Sadly, that 's where the positive review ends. My mom got the strawberry pecan salad with grilled chicken (aprox $17) and said there was too much dressing, as if trying to mask the fact that it was quite bland. When my dad asked her how her salad was, she replied id rather the apple pecan salad from Wendy 's any day and my Dad mentioned it 's also half the price. Finally, my dad ordered the chicken fingers and fries to share with my 5yo son since there was no kids ' menu, that was just the beginning of the disappointments! First off for $13.99, they got 3 chicken fingers and a small handful of cold fries. Also they gave a 5yo boy a huge cup, no lid, full to the top with ice water. Needless to say, he and I wore most of that water home. I also know that there were other people in our large party who were far from satisfied.

Get a new manager please. We order gravy with our fries at this exter rd. London location, and you get a quarter bowl that is watered down, and not nearly enough for your fries. When we complain, the waiter says the manager says too much gravy is being wasted. Again just at this exter rd. location, we order food, and instead of the waiter bringing our order, it is a food runner that brings our food. We never get what we ordered 50 of the time and end up leaving with an adjusted bill for the food we never got. It is so bad at this location that we had to resort to ordering 1 item at a time just to get what we ordered. Finally at this location only again, if you sit outside no one comes to serve you there. You have to go inside to find a host that never even looks outside, and ask them to send a waiter for service

It was our first time trying Chuck’s in London. We had a good time and the price was good too for a 18oz beer.We ordered nachos, wings, rings and fingers and 4 beers. Everything tasted good.Service was nice. We were checked on a couple of times regarding the food which was nice.Definitely coming back again

Not want to give even 1 star but have to, to post…..Worst service. Don’t go after 9pm. Owner should close it at sharp 9pm as they are not handle the crowd. After, all disrespect from the server, an hour wait, we didn’t even get plates. We were 4 people and ordered 4 meals and 4 drinks ;having them after hour still on the table; manager said you only get 2 plates for 2 order; nobody apologized. They should better welcome people with open heart.
