Burger King - London

Whopper Wednesday do I need to say anymore. Fast service friendly staff.

I was here with my husband, we normally don’t stop at burger king because our past experiences here were hell! We came by the drive through and oh my goodness i’ve never felt so happy with someone. I’m not sure was his name was. He was a pretty tall curly haired seemed to be an arabic boy but i’m not entirely sure. He was incredible. I’ll just say this, if i come back here i hope he’s there me and my husband couldn’t be any happier.

I was trying to find where Mary Brown’s Chicken was in the plaza when I was totally distracted by the sign advertising for ketchup chicken nuggets. I immediately changed my plans and cranked a hard right into the BK parking lot and did not regret my decision. This is a good establishment as far as fast dining goes plenty of parking and seating options. I ordered online but the line to order wasn’t very long anyways. I ended up getting the ketchup nuggets that sucked me into the restaurant and a few value sandwiches (this was lunch and dinner for me so please don’t judge). The ketchup nuggets were delectable an absolute delicacy for any ketchup chip connoisseur. Whoever developed that item should be promoted immediately. The food was incredible as always (far better value and taste than McDiesels). My only complaints about my experience were the lack of napkins given with my meal (the nuggets are messy and they didn’t have grab your own napkins anywhere) and the cleanliness of the gentlemen’s room. Beyond that, the service was not very long and the hostess was very polite and eager to serve customers.

Food was good, but store windows, door handles, inside tables, etc., everything could use a good cleaning/ wipe down.

Whopper Wednesday was busy, however food was fresh and great in a budget!! Customer service could improve however, it seemed too rushed, she didn't even mark our drinks and we were left guessing which drinks were who's. It was around 12:30ish we had lunch. Asked for double pickles, and didn't receive them either.
