Burger Factory - London

I discovered a hair in my burger and the chicken was undercooked. I ended up throwing the entire meal in the trash. I was very disappointed and would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Do not believe anyone who says they like this place. I ordered 3 combos with a side of extra onion rings, but did not receive the extra rings or any of the drinks that came with the meals. On top of that, one of the onion rings was burned. This meal cost $50 plus tip, and was not even as good as eating at McDonald's. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would.

I ordered the wrong food for my child, I thought I ordered the miniburger and pommes (in which only the miniburger ordered). the kerl behind the theke offered free ridden even though it was my screw. exceptional service and good food.

You should make hot food in good portions. i just paid 15 bucks for a cheeseburg and 10 fries and it was cold as f$ ..my wifes too...wasnt friendly in there or efficient...waited forever watching or food get cold with 1 other person waiting...is it all your friends making reviews because it looks like it..i will say the burger had potential that was ruined by the staff...

It's a very good place and staff are nice Burgers are filling and delicious
