Crabby Joe's Tap Grill - London Canada

We wanted to try this location since we visit the other ones very often. It was not a great experience for us... we asked for some food including the spinach cheese appetizer and the bread was saggy and cold, I had to ask for the bread to be put in the oven again... also we asked for some martinis and the first we got had the cup full of ice, almost not drink at all, so for the second martini we asked the waitress for it without ice, for our surprise the waitress brought us a half way full cup of cocktail only. It was our first time visiting this location but we got the drinks served completely different at the other locations which is full cold cup without ice.The place itself was confortable and the atmosphere was great. Unfortunately the service, food and drinks were not good, for that reason we are not coming back to this location again

Visited this location on August 27th, 2023 with a party of friends for a birthday celebration. At about 10 pm I ordered their 2lbs of Cajun Wings, which were EXTREMELY salty! After having a few of the guests try the wings (Just to make sure it wasn’t me), they all confirmed that they were salty as well. I could not finish them as they were not edible. Although the service was good, the wings were so awful that it ruined my dining experience. I will not be returning.

Always a great place to go to. They have a bar side and a dining side. Each side has a different atmosphere. To have a calm enjoyable dinner with family and friends, I recommend the dining. But going to enjoy watching the games, have some drinks, definitely recommend the bar side. The food was always great went we went. They offer 1/2 price appetizers after 9 and it's always the best time!

My nachos were awful this time. It had probably half to a full cup of wet/soggy tomatoes dumped on top. That leaked through drenching the chips and made it all soggy and gross. I asked for my dessert to go, the Tiramuissu and it was just a plop mess in the container. 4 bites. So small and again, just sloppy. For $8!!!! What a rip off! Very disappointed with this visit, as service and food have always been much, much better! I expected better!

First of all I was shocked at how empty it was for a Saturday evening. Our waitress was amazing, took care of all our requests (we had a large group) and even snapped pictures for us! I had the loaded fries, which were delicious and huge! Bonus points for a very clean washroom. Will definitely go back!
