Bidrage med feedbackAll of this took place on 4/26/23 at around 6:45pm.This Wendy 's USED to be pretty good, lately it has become a slum. The floors were entirely unswept, cup lids with old pop on the floors and worst of all my daughter goes to the bathroom and instantly turned around and came back out and told me there 's an employee in the bathroom sitting on the sink vaping. The girl is blonde and skinny, she came back out to the front desk swearing about God knows what for everyone to hear. Then she says she needs to go on break.....um did you not just have enough of a break chilling on the sink vaping and making my daughter feel like she was walking into an uncomfortable environment?!Get it together Wendy 's.Food was decent though......but not enough for me to want to come back.
Waited 10 minutes at the drive thru Noone every asked if they could take my order or acknowledge I was even there finally just drove away
Service was very slow. They could not find apples. The girl, who seemed new, finally came back with a bag of apples she could not open. She proceeds to open them with her teeth and then pours my apples into a cup.The manager was handling cleaning equipment and running her fingers in her hair without changing gloves.
I thought I would like the croissant breakfast sandwich. I was wrong. I don't know what it was about the croissant but I was not thrilled with it. Guess I'll go back to my biscuit rather than the croissant. I do love their loaded baked potatoes
I am leaving a review because Wendy’s is advertising one dollar singles and two dollar doubles right now for March Madness. We went inside to order a carry out order because we had to use the app. It took so long for someone to take our order, that the QR code the server needed to scan, had already disappeared, and would not come back. I asked her to help me with the app, and she said she had no idea. I wanted to order a strawberry Frosty, because it was on the giant menu board, she said they only had chocolate and vanilla. Although my burger was delicious, my mother‘s french fries were not fresh and her burger tasted like it had been sitting for a while, we got no napkins in the bags, and my mom wasn’t given a spoon for her frosty. I would suggest that all employees familiarize themselves with the current menu, the specials that Wendy’s is currently advertising , and how to use the app so that they can help us older customers.
