Dairy Queen Grill Chill - London

We had to wait for a long time for our order at this restaurant, even though there were only 2 blizzards ahead of us. Several cars passed us before we were finally able to get the attention of a staff member who went inside to place our order. Unfortunately, one of the blizzards was runny and the other was not filled correctly and had the wrong flavor. It was concerning that the incorrect flavor had been tasted. Thankfully, we did not have any allergies, but it was disappointing to see the staff struggling to keep up with their jobs despite being busy.

I was disappointed that I never received the burger I ordered, especially considering the high price of $11. It was hard to believe how bad the experience was.

The restaurant experience was pretty bad. We ordered and paid for two 6-piece honey BBQ chicken baskets, but what we received were two 4-piece regular chicken baskets. The chicken strips were not coated in sauce as requested, instead a large amount of sauce was thrown in a corner of the container. Some pieces of chicken were drowned in sauce while others were dry. A napkin was haphazardly placed on top of the sauce, rendering it useless. There was no plastic bag provided. The fries were plentiful and tasty. The drinks were subpar, possibly due to a low syrup level in the soda machine. Overall, my friends enjoyed their meals but I was disappointed. I have had good experiences at this restaurant before, but not today.

Love the food here. A little higher than other f as t food restaurants but worth it.

This London KY location has been on the decline since the pandemic started but yesterday was the last time they’ll get my money. The chicken was tiny, a strange color and look at that tomato. I wish I had of taken pics of the filthy dining room. Gravy spilled all over a booth seat with the cup still on it as countless staff passed by it. Every single table needed cleaned and nobody did such during our visit. The fries were tiny bits and pieces. We waited 6 minutes for anyone to take our order at the counter while one of the cooks talked to us to keep us occupied. There were plenty if staff on deck and the dining room wasn’t busy. I wish this were my only bad experience here but it’s been a couple of years worth. You guys are going to make someone ill if your kitchen is half as bad as the rest of the place. It used to be so nice and the food was great. I’ve heard the same complaints from many people. I hope the right people see this and get this establishment under control.
